Vladimir Putin finally sends a message to President Biden

Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin has finally sent a congratulatory letter to the newly elected president of the United States. On Tuesday, December 15, Vladimir Poutin assured Joe Biden of his willingness to collaborate with the new management team.

“ For my part, I am ready for collaboration and contacts with you,” Vladimir Putin wrote in a telegram, according to a statement from the Kremlin. The Russian President finally assured the new president of his availability to maintain cordial relations with the new American authorities.

“ Vladimir Putin wished the elected president success and expressed his conviction that Russia and the United States (…) can, despite their disagreements, solve many problems and challenges, ” the Kremlin statement further indicates.

the question is how this outstretched hand will be received in Washington. The Biden administration has already announced that it will have a much different way of interacting with the Kremlin. Democrats have always believed that Donald Trump and Russia have a more than cordial, not to say guilty, relationship.
