The political scientist is relaunching a debate that has been raging for several years. For him, all options are clearly possible in the race for the succession of Paul Biya in power for more than 40 years.
“Law is the emanation of the law of the strongest. Law is not a divine emanation. It is not God who sent the law. The Constitution of Cameroon was not written by God…it was written by men. These are men who are in power and who are determined to keep it for the securing of their own privilege. We have seen maneuvers to twist the blow to the righteousness of the law, ”he analyzed
