Paul Biya has finally returned to the country after several days spent in Europe for a medical stay. He returned this Thursday evening to reassure his compatriots of his good health.
Having left for Switzerland last weekend with his wife Chantal, accompanied by a very small delegation, President Paul Biya is no longer in the shadow of any doubt regarding his health. He is rather in good shape to preside over the parade this Friday, May 20, 2022 as part of the National Day of Unity.
At the airport, Paul Biya and the presidential delegation were welcomed by ministers and members of the Senate and the National Assembly. An impressive security device has been set in motion for the return of the president.
