At the Islamic Solidarity Games, Cameroon will evolve in group A of this competition, organized by the Sports Federation of Islamic Solidarity (ISSF), alongside Senegal, Algeria and Turkey (host country).
The first edition of the Islamic Solidarity Games was held in Mecca in 2005, followed five years later by the one organized in 2010 in Iran. The Indonesian city of Palembang hosted the 2013 edition. The last edition was held in Baku, Azerbaijan in 2017. The 2025 Games will be held in Cameroon.
