Even Kylian Mbappe’s mother, Fayza Lamari, has got involved in the conflict between her son and Neymar. In comments to ‘Kora Plus’, he said that the matter is now in the hands of PSG and that “everything’s going well.”
The relationship between Mbappe and Neymar is not going through its best moment. The Brazilian did not like that the number 7 asked to take a penalty which, finally, he himself took and scored against Montpellier. He made his discontent clear by liking a tweet from a user accusing the Frenchman of believing himself to be “the PSG owner”.
Neymar’s action has had consequences. PSG called for an urgent meeting and, in the dressing room, Ramos tried to calm the situation down by meeting both of them.
Mbappe’s mother, Fayza Lamari, gave the latest on this highly tense situation at the Parc des Princes. When asked about the conflict with the Brazilian, he said that the club are the ones who are trying to mediate to put an end to this matter.
“Things are being managed internally by PSG. Everything’s going well,” Fayza Lamari commented laconically. She is confident the club can resolve this conflict between two heavyweights.
Luis Campos, sporting advisor, has reportedly given the pair a slap on the wrist for their attitude. He asked them, according to ‘Le Parisien’, to put these problems to one side and to speak about what they have to speak about behind closed doors. The club do not want their dirty laundry to be aired in public.
