The former minister is expected to appear before the judges of this Tribunal this very Friday.
“Case Public Ministry, State of Cameroon (CAMEROON WATER UTILIES COOPORATION, CAMWATER), against Basile Atangana Kouna, Sollo Jean William, Victor Stanislas Atangana, René Martin Mbida, Jean Parfait Koé, Jean Dieudonné Mah, accused of offenses of embezzlement of property public and complicity”, can we read this Friday on the list of cases scheduled by the TCS this Friday.
After a first attempt which failed, the SGPR returned to the charge.
