A few weeks ago I denounced the sale of the IRAD (Institute of Agricultural Research for Development) land by the administrative authorities.
The Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic, Ferdinand NGOH NGOH alias the man asked the Prime Minister to put an end to it and to report to him for the high information of Paul Biya.
