Well known by the youth in Bamenda, the young DJ, his relatives and his family rejoiced at his release after several months spent behind bars.


It is recalled that the young man was arrested in possession of an order.
This order, he explained, was used to change the songs as part of his work. But the soldiers who had arrested him thought that it was a command to activate bombs.
“The soldiers humiliated him, beat him up and accused him of planning attacks. The DJ was in possession of a mini remote control allowing him to play music. Object that according to the military was a remote control to operate on IEDs (improvised explosive devices). All the propaganda media in the pay of Yaoundé had gloated over this arrest, as had the 40 poor bensikineurs arrested on their way back from the funeral and accused of being Ambazonians,” recalls the alerting N’zui Manto in a publication.
