A Cameroonian feyman who defrauded the collaborators of Paul Biya Wanted by the police

• Hervé Nicole Minko is a Cameroonian from the diaspora living in France

• He is actively wanted by the police

• He is accused of having defrauded several members of the Cameroonian government

Hervé Nicole Minko is a Cameroonian from the diaspora presented as a feyman who abused members of the Cameroonian government. He is actively wanted by the police for fraud.

According to whistleblower Boris Bertolt, Hervé Nicole Minko lives between Limoges in France where he takes refuge after each package in Cameroon, his native land. He has been well known for more than 20 years in Feymania circles.

Hervé who, according to certain indiscretions, pretends to be the son of Charles Ndongo, the DG of Crtv would attend Christophe Guillou Ambassador of France.

We learn that its mode of operation consists of approaching high personalities by dangling to them its ability to intervene at the top of the State and with certain embassies of major countries on their behalf. Once the latter accept his offers or his collaboration, he cleverly takes care of creating photo and video catalogs of his moments of conviviality with all these personalities that he will then use to extort money from victims to whom he promises to intervene with these ministers and other DGs for markets in return for the money received.

It is said that several Ministers, CEOs and CEOs and businessmen have already paid their price. “The latest to date are the Minister of Finance from whom he recently extorted a sum of 40 million in a bogus operation of reconciliation of the brothers of Meyomessi initiated by Louis Paul Motaze and where he had been driven out by other elites in like the DG of the CAA, Richard Evina Obam because they already knew the character.”, indicates the whistleblower.

He continues by adding that “the other victim is none other than Justine Diffo, PCA of ART, from whom he took a large sum of money in exchange for an intervention with the Minister of Finance to obtain a significant subsidy as well as an intervention with his mother-in-law in service at the Presidency of the Republic for a position in the Government in place of Ketcha Courtes.”

Among his victims, we also cite Naoussi Kuitche Jean Paul, a young businessman from Bamoungoum, from whom he recently defrauded 20 million Francs in exchange for an intervention with the DGB to obtain contracts using a few photos taken clandestinely with the personality, a question of reassuring the businessman. Alas the poor

Hervé Nicole Minko would have managed to take to their heels a few weeks ago to take refuge in his hiding place in Limoges in France after simulating a serious illness and hospitalization at the Le Jourdain clinic to escape investigators.

He is now actively sought by the security services.
