These are the general managers of companies and public establishments having achieved the best performances, and classified in first category by the Minister of Finance.

To this are added the advantages provided for by the decrees of the President of the Republic fixing the categories of establishments and public enterprises, the remuneration, indemnities and benefits of their directors. Recall that on May 4, the Minister of Finance (Minfi), Louis Paul Motaze signed two decrees classifying into five categories the 35 companies on the one hand and the 74 public establishments on the other hand listed in Cameroon. Beyond a simple categorization, said texts make it possible to harmonize the monthly income of corporate officers (CEO, DGA, PCA) on the basis of turnover or the budget achieved during the last three fiscal years.
