5 MRC activists stranded in New Bell after serving 2 years in prison and paying fines

While the appeal trial of the fifty MRC activists is still alive in the minds of Cameroon, the party of Maurice Kamto deplores a new injustice.
Indeed, 05 MRC activists who have served their 2-year prison sentence blocked for lack of decision (act issued by the registry of the military court)

Having already paid their fine of 367,375 FCFA per person

Nde Emmanuel, Djoua demanou Carlos, Ouffo Maurice, Mbesse Célestin and Mounkam tamba Célestin had been arrested on September 11, 2020 at the municipal shower, suspected of having shot a video hostile to the power in place and sentenced on December 7, 2021 to 2 years in prison.

Me ONDOA ONANA LAURENT Lieutenant clerk in chief of the military court took the money of the fines, but refuses to deliver the decisions which are the only documents which give discharge to the penitentiary to release a detainee.

“The five detainees paid the sum of 367,375 FCFA each, i.e. 1,836,685 (one million eight hundred thirty six thousand six hundred eighty five.)ONDOUA ONANA, after having received the money and driven by the feeling of being among those to whom Cameroon belongs has decided to keep them in prison”, denounces Nzui Manto.
